eet some of the amazing people working to improve the health and well-being of people everywhere. The ones dedicated to making Resilience a success.

Travis "I’ve been with Resilience for five years and have had the opportunity to hold several different roles within the Quality area, but my current role is that of the Risk Manager for the organization. I am very grateful to the leadership team at Resilience for observing my strengths and weaknesses and putting me in roles where I can excel. I have learned so much, and truly enjoy what I’m doing! With our company, you are a part of something that makes a life-saving difference in the lives of our military (even as they protect our freedom) and civilians. The Company’s vision and direction are noble, and the mission makes it all worth it!" Manuel “I am part of a team committed to providing the highest quality products for human well-being.” Kimberly “Resilience has allowed me to expand my knowledge of Biotech and GMP Production. I am excited about the possibilities to come as Resilience embarks on growth.” Chad “I’ve been with the company since 2005 and in that time have gained experience in several areas, including product development, project management, and operations and systems development. I’ve participated in major client program reviews in Washington, DC, and spent over a month in the Czech Republic assisting with the re-start of the BSL-3 facility there. Our company is becoming a state-of-the-art organization for contract development manufacturing. I’m excited about my role in Tech Transfer because an effective technology transfer program is a major contributor in the success of on-time delivery of project milestones. For anyone considering a job with our company I can attest that opportunity and personal development are things the company provides and takes seriously.” Angie “I am very proud to be a part of such a giving group of co-workers. Resilience cares about their employees. We are a family, and anytime that an employee is having a hard time we always seem to come together to help in any way we can. We have been doing a lot for our local community lately…from food drives, school supply and back pack collections, to a fundraiser for a local family. We are also a fast-growing company. We work with both government and commercial companies to provide CDMO services and we have a bright future! We have supportive management, training so that you can grow in your career, and a great work balance. I have had the opportunity to travel, work with the government on very exciting products that will benefit our military and civilian populations, and work with and learn from the FDA.” Tea I used to play roller derby for the Gainesville Roller Rebels; and heard about Resilience from a teammate. I started as a Lab Tech and since then have been promoted several times. I’ve been a Sr. Lab Tech, QC Analyst, QC Analyst II, Analytical Chemistry Analyst II and now I am an Analytical Chemistry Scientist. The people I work with are like family to me and some of my co-workers are my best friends. We are a team in every sense of the word. There have been some growing pains along the way because the company is growing so rapidly but overall, I would say that we have a healthy job culture here. I also feel like management works hard to ensure that the new people coming into the company will fit in and work well with the rest of us. The jobs I had before working here were just jobs. This is truly a career. It's a lifetime commitment to helping people. The QC analysis performed on the products we manufacture are the last stop before the product goes into people. The results from the testing I perform are vital, which makes my job crucial and that gives my life meaning and purpose. I have been able to work on the vaccine for Ebola! I never would have dreamed that I would be doing something like this. But here I am. If you are thinking of joining Ology, the best advice I could give you is to have a good attitude, pull
your weight, be helpful when you can and laugh.
The benefits are good, the people are great,
and the job is worth doing.
Pritesh I love my job! Most of my career was spent with bigger companies where I felt like a cog in a machine. I was good at it, but I didn’t really feel I was making a positive impact in the world like I do here. I may not be a part of the actual manufacturing process but I help our company develop medicine for life threatening diseases across the globe. I get to work independently and suggest new ideas. Here people always respect your ideology, and you get to work closely with higher level and experienced staff, which is a great learning experience . I believe my co-workers and leadership team care about me as a person and about my professional growth. I love the culture of my company. Ology provides equality, fairness and respect for all employees no matter their differences. Our leadership team works hard to create a working environment free of bullying, harassment, victimization and unlawful discrimination, promoting dignity and respect for all, and where individual differences and the contributions of all staff are recognized and valued. We also like to have fun! We hold various social events and celebrations throughout the year for employees and their families. That just adds to the charm of life at Ology!
